If you know me, you've heard me talking a lot about this for the past several months. On April 25th, our church is participating in Project CARE: Mission Possible. It is a one day, hands-on mission blitz in the Lake Norman and surrounding areas. We will be serving our community and people in need through various projects including collecting and donating food to local shelters and food banks, organizing care baskets, preparing food and gathering items to give to the youth homes and shelters and many others. Our verse for this event is Ephesians 2:10 "For we are God's workmanship, created in Christ Jesus to do good works, which God prepared in advance for us to do."
